Intelligent Paper Bowl Machine

NSP45-120 intelligent paper bowl machine is suitable for the production of paper bowls ranging from 12 to 45oz. The whole machine adopts a desktop structure layout, with the forming area and the transmission area isolated from each other. The transmission part is installed in the frame below the table surface. The main drive adopts a servo motor, and the transmission mechanism uses an integral cylindrical indexing CAM, CAM and gear compound transmission. All transmission components are lubricated by spray. The forming mold is installed on the countertop, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance. The entire machine is controlled by PLC, with full photoelectric tracking and monitoring throughout the process. It is equipped with a servo to feed the base paper, ensuring stable and reliable operation of the equipment and flexible adjustment.

The paper blank forming part adopts automatic feeding by conveyor belt, servo swing paper suction in a straight line for paper and cup blank feeding, side hot air preheating combined with servo-controlled ultrasonic sealing to ensure a firm and flat seal. The main machine adopts a dual-turntable structure with a 10-station male die and an 8-station female die, achieving multi-station edge rolling and forming. This ensures stable dimensions of paper container forming, high roll curvature, and strong adaptability to paper. The rim of the cup adopts a two-station curling process, with the R Angle of the curling reaching over 420°, making the curling more round and full.

This machine can be optionally equipped with a visual inspection system, which can automatically remove defective products, achieve automatic separation of finished products and substandard products, and effectively ensure the stability of finished product quality.
