The main drive adopts a servo motor, and the transmission mechanism uses an integral cylindrical indexing CAM, CAM and gear compound transmission. All transmission components are lubricated by spray. The forming mold is installed on the countertop, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance. The entire machine is controlled by PLC, with full photoelectric tracking and monitoring throughout the process. It is equipped with a servo to feed the base paper, ensuring stable and reliable operation of the equipment and flexible adjustment.
